Bridger Jean is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 373.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Amazing, but not the most durable These are my husband's most favorite jeans - he buys them every 6 months. He says they're the most comfortable jeans he's ever owned. That is the awesome part. The less awesome part is their durability. They are fairly thin, and don't stand up to daily wear. Granted, he wears them nearly every day, but for a guy with an athletic build and thick thighs - the inner thigh area wears through. Like, literally all the way through. So, if you're okay with purchasing these twice a year, sweet. If you want a longer lasting denim, you may want to look at another style. His rating would likely be a 4/5, I'm saying 3 for quality/value:)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great until the pockets blew out I really like Prana's clothes - they're great for climbing, and I can get away with wearing them other places quite often. I own about ten pairs of their pants - they're usually solid. The bridger jean is another story though. I bought a pair about six months ago - wore them a handful of times (never climbing, never out on hike or trip - I broke my leg) and both front pockets have torn away from top! There's no holes or anything - where the pocket meets the jean tore on both sides. I haven't worn these enough or even given them enough of a workout for them to blow out the pockets. Everywhere else is solid. I won't buy another pair. Beware!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from If you're sure about your size, get this thing. These pants are fantastic. They look damn good, and they function like climbing pants. They stretch well and are pretty durable. I've used then while setting at a pretty old climbing wall and the only thing that has happened to them is they got a little frayed on a rusty old ladder. if you're climbing outside and still for some reason concerned about the style points on your send, these are the pants to wear. Otherwise, these are still the pants to wear. They look and feel great. Full disclosure: I'm trashed. However, I'm a truthful drunk, and these words are certainly the truth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable! Sizing issues. Most comfortable jeans I've ever had. I bought a pair in each color and discovered some inconsistencies, however. I normally wear 36/30 in other brands and in the Prana Brion. In the "denim" color, I had to go a size smaller to 34/30. In Indigo and Black, 36/30 was accurate. All colors have a nice stretch to them. However, while the waistband in the Indigo and Denim has a little stretch to it, the Black waistband does not stretch at all. Also, note that I think I'd call the "black" more of a "dark charcoal" to be more accurate. They look darker in the photos than in person, in my opinion. Not a problem for me, but keep that in mind if you're expecting a solid, dark black look.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these jeans These are great pants. Very comfortable. I like the fact that they have a little elastic in them; the added flexibility is nice. I've bought a second pair within a week and haven't put worn my old jeans for about a month. These are definitely a new favorite, and I expect them to have a permanent place in my wardrobe. The description says that they have a "modern slim fit" but they do not feel slim (i.e., constricting). I thought that I may need to order a size up, but these fit perfectly in my normal jeans sizing. I've only had these for a little over a month, so I cannot comment on long-term durability. But I can say that they are nice looking and incredibly comfortable jeans.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Midnight Wash-- great fit, but not cut out for climbing or biking. The Bridger has been my go-to pant for both climbing and just biking around town to meet up with friends. In the past I had bought "Denim" and "Nautical" colors and these were a 5/5 star every time. I climbed in them every weekend and they held up well for the duration of the season. With that being said, I recently purchased the Midnight Wash and I was very let down by them. The pant is far too restrictive to climb in and they just have an overall stiffness that make them uncomfortable to wear. The fit is great, I just don't recommend them to those who are looking for a climbing denim pant!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My favorite jeans Super comfortable, love the flexibility. I have an older beat up pair that have holes and tears, but I still wear them climbing both outside and in the gym, and I still love them. I got a few new pairs to keep clean for general use. I did notice the older pair has faded in color quite a bit from the original dark blue/black, but I'm guessing that's from my washing/drying habits. I don't do any fancy separating or special settings when I do laundry, and I'm not sure you're supposed to, but something to keep in mind. I don't think I could ever go back to normal non stretch jeans.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit in anywhere/ Stand out everywhere Getting ready for work, stuffing clothes in an Osprey , going out for a drink, or traveling across the globe, these will quickly become your go to pants. Putting aside the softness of the fabric, I feel comfortable in these pants regardless of the situation. They're warm enough for a Midwest winter and breath well for intense workouts and hikes. The clean cut of these pants also makes them perfectly suited for an office space or high profile restaurant, granting you the stretch and comfort of your favorite outdoor pant while others work and dine in starched khaki discomfort.

Will they shrink in the dryer on medium heat?

Asked by: Anonymous
I always hang them up to dry. Then fluff in the dryer for a couple minutes. Seems to stay the same do that process. Great jeans. Super comfortable.

Do these have a gusseted crotch?

Asked by: Brendan C
They do not. They have enough stretch in them that I don't have any problems climbing in them or being active. I know the Axioms have a gusseted crotch.

What do the leg openings measure?

Asked by: Anonymous
It depends on your waist size. A 32'' waist measures 15''. The opening goes up 1/2 inch as you go up in waist size.
